BILI PRODUCTIONS is a New York City–based, independently owned, woman-led creative production company specializing in fashion, beauty, and commercial campaigns. Founded by executive producer Biljana Starcevic, the company produces editorial, advertising, branded content, and e-commerce for clients across New York City, the U.S., and internationally.

BILI PRODUCTIONS partners with brands, agencies, and creative teams to provide creative production from pre–production through on–set execution. Services include executive production, production management, budgeting, scheduling, location scouting, crew sourcing, casting for select projects, and stills and motion production.
